Birria Loaded Fries

Ingredients

  • Prepared birria meat and some broth from 1 Birria Bomb batch

  • 1 bag frozen French fries, waffle fries or tater tots

  • 1.5–2 cups shredded cheese

  • Diced onion

  • Sliced jalapeños

  • Sour cream, salsa, guacamole, cilantro

Directions

  1. Cook fries or tots according to package directions until very crispy (oven or air fryer).

  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan.

  3. Spread hot fries in a single layer on the sheet pan.

  4. Scatter shredded birria meat over the fries and drizzle a small amount of birria broth on top (not too much to avoid sogginess).

  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake 5–7 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  6. Top with diced onion, jalapeños, sour cream, salsa, guac and cilantro. Serve immediately.
