Ingredients

Prepared birria meat and broth from 1 Birria Bomb batch

2–3 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

Optional toppings: soft-boiled eggs, sliced green onion, cilantro, lime wedges, chili oil
Directions

In a pot, bring 4–6 cups birria broth to a gentle boil.

Add ramen noodles and cook according to package directions (usually 3–4 minutes), gently separating the noodles as they cook.

During the last minute, add shredded birria meat so it warms through.

Divide noodles and meat between bowls, then ladle hot broth over the top.

Garnish with soft-boiled eggs, green onion, cilantro, lime and chili oil as desired.
