2 cups cooked rice or cauliflower rice

Diced onion

Cilantro

Lime wedges

Optional: shredded lettuce or cabbage, cheese, salsa
Directions

Warm birria meat and some broth in a pot.

Add rice or cauliflower rice to bowls.

Top with a generous scoop of birria meat and a spoonful of broth.

Add onion, cilantro, lettuce/cabbage, cheese and salsa if using.

Finish with lime juice.
