Ingredients

Birria meat and broth from 1 Birria Bomb batch

6–8 large flour tortillas

2 cups cooked rice

1 can beans (black or pinto), drained and rinsed

2 cups shredded cheese

Optional: diced onion, cilantro, salsa
Directions

Warm birria meat and a little broth in a pot.

Warm tortillas so they’re pliable.
-
On each tortilla, add a line of rice, beans, birria meat, cheese and any optional toppings.

Fold in sides and roll tightly into burritos.

Eat as is, or toast in a dry skillet or on a griddle until lightly crisp on the outside.
