Birria Stuffed Burritos

Ingredients

  • Birria meat and broth from 1 Birria Bomb batch

  • 6–8 large flour tortillas

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 1 can beans (black or pinto), drained and rinsed

  • 2 cups shredded cheese

  • Optional: diced onion, cilantro, salsa

Directions

  1. Warm birria meat and a little broth in a pot.

  2. Warm tortillas so they’re pliable.

  3. On each tortilla, add a line of rice, beans, birria meat, cheese and any optional toppings.

  4. Fold in sides and roll tightly into burritos.

  5. Eat as is, or toast in a dry skillet or on a griddle until lightly crisp on the outside.
