Ingredients

1 Spicito Birria Bomb

4 cups water

2–4 lb beef (chuck or similar), cooked as birria and shredded

8–10 tostada shells

1 can refried beans
-
1–2 cups shredded cheese

Diced onion, cilantro, lime

Salsa or hot sauce
Directions

Prepare beef birria using 1 Birria Bomb, 4 cups water and 2–4 lb beef (slow cooker or Instant Pot as in classic recipe), then shred the meat.

Warm refried beans in a small pot.

Spread a layer of beans on each tostada shell.

Top with shredded birria meat and cheese. If you want, briefly broil to melt the cheese.

Finish with onion, cilantro, lime and salsa.
