- 1 Spicito taco seasoning packet (1 oz)
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack or Mexican blend)
- Oil or butter for skillet (optional)
- Salsa, sour cream and guacamole for serving

Directions
- Brown ground meat in a skillet over medium-high until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add 1 taco seasoning packet and 2/3 cup water. Stir and simmer 3–5 minutes until the mixture is thick and saucy.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium. Add a small amount of oil or butter if you want crispier quesadillas.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, add a handful of cheese on one half, top with some taco meat, then more cheese. Fold the tortilla over to form a half-moon.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice into wedges and serve with salsa, sour cream and guac.
