Ingredients
- 1 Spicito taco seasoning packet (1 oz)
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can pinto or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14–15 oz)
- 1 cup corn
- 4 cups beef or chicken broth
- Optional: 1 small onion, diced

Directions
- In a large pot, brown ground meat (and onion if using) over medium-high. Drain extra fat.
- Add 1 taco seasoning packet and 2/3 cup water, stir and simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Add beans, tomatoes, corn and broth. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20–30 minutes to blend flavors.
- Serve with tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream and cilantro.
